- 4 large romaine lettuce leaves
- 100g avocado, sliced
- 50g queso fresco, crumbled
- 4 slices of tomato
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Lime wedges for serving
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped habanero pepper, garlic powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
