- Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh cilantro (chopped) - 1/4 cup
- Radishes (thinly sliced) - 1/2 cup
- Avocado (sliced) - 1 small
- Lime (cut into wedges) - 1
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine corn masa harina and water until a soft dough forms. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a thick oval tortilla (about 1/2 inch thick).
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook each tortilla for about 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
