Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Ripe avocados - 2 medium
  • Lime - 1, juiced
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Jalapeño - 1 small, sliced (optional)
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it reaches your desired thickness, then place it on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  3. Brush the dough lightly with olive oil and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until slightly golden.
  4. While the pizza crust is baking, prepare the guacamole by mashing the avocados in a bowl and mixing in lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, and salt.
  5. Once the crust is done, spread the guacamole evenly over the baked pizza crust.
  6. Top the guacamole with halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, fresh cilantro, and jalapeño slices if using.
  7. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the toppings are warm.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, slice, and serve immediately.
