- Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Jalapeño - 1 small, sliced (optional)
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it reaches your desired thickness, then place it on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Brush the dough lightly with olive oil and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until slightly golden.
- While the pizza crust is baking, prepare the guacamole by mashing the avocados in a bowl and mixing in lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, and salt.
- Once the crust is done, spread the guacamole evenly over the baked pizza crust.
- Top the guacamole with halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, fresh cilantro, and jalapeño slices if using.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the toppings are warm.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, slice, and serve immediately.
