- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Gluten-free burger buns - 2
- Ripe avocado - 1
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Tomato - 1, diced
- Red onion - 1/4, finely chopped

- Once the patties are cooked, remove them from the skillet and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
- Toast the gluten-free burger buns lightly in the same skillet if desired.
- Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a bun, topping with a generous scoop of guacamole, diced tomato, red onion, jalapeño slices, and lettuce leaves.
- Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
