Ingredients
- Greek yogurt - 200 grams
- Fruit puree (such as mango or strawberry) - 100 grams
- Gelatin powder - 10 grams
- Cold water - 50 ml
- Honey or agave syrup - 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Pinch of salt - 1
Steps
- In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin powder over 50 ml of cold water and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the fruit puree, Greek yogurt, honey or agave syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until smooth.
- Heat the mixture over low heat until warm but not boiling, then remove from heat.
- Add the bloomed gelatin to the warm mixture and stir until completely dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into serving cups or molds and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or until set.
- Once set, serve chilled and enjoy!
