Ingredients

  • Greek yogurt - 200 grams
  • Fruit puree (such as mango or strawberry) - 100 grams
  • Gelatin powder - 10 grams
  • Cold water - 50 ml
  • Honey or agave syrup - 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Pinch of salt - 1

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin powder over 50 ml of cold water and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the fruit puree, Greek yogurt, honey or agave syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Heat the mixture over low heat until warm but not boiling, then remove from heat.
  4. Add the bloomed gelatin to the warm mixture and stir until completely dissolved.
  5. Pour the mixture into serving cups or molds and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or until set.
  6. Once set, serve chilled and enjoy!
