Steps

  1. In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and 1 teaspoon of agar-agar powder. Heat over medium heat until it dissolves completely.
  2. In separate bowls, prepare the flavored gelatins according to package instructions using 1 cup of boiling water and mix in 2 tablespoons of sugar for each flavor. Stir until fully dissolved, then let them cool slightly.
  3. Pour each flavored gelatin into separate containers and refrigerate until fully set, about 1 hour.
  4. Once the gelatins are set, cut them into small cubes.
  5. In another bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  6. In a clear dish or individual cups, layer the colorful gelatin cubes and pour the milk mixture over them, filling each cup or dish evenly.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for an additional hour until the milk layer is set.
  8. Garnish with fruit pieces before serving.
