  • Water - 60 ml

Steps

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the almond milk, water, and a pinch of salt over medium heat.
  2. Once the mixture is warm (not boiling), sprinkle the gelatin powder over the surface and let it sit for about 5 minutes to bloom.
  3. Stir in the erythritol and vanilla extract, mixing until the sweetener and gelatin are fully dissolved.
  4. Remove from heat and pour the mixture into two serving cups or molds.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the gelatina is set.
