Ingredients

  • Unflavored gelatin - 10 grams
  • Water - 300 ml (for gelatin)
  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Mixed fruits (strawberries, kiwi, mango) - 200 grams (chopped)
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Water - 100 ml (for mixing with yogurt)

Steps

  1. In a small saucepan, heat 300 ml of water until it's just about to boil. Remove from heat and sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over the water. Stir until dissolved and let it cool slightly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and 100 ml of water. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
  3. Once the gelatin mixture has cooled a bit (but is still liquid), slowly pour it into the yogurt mixture while whisking continuously to prevent lumps.
  4. Prepare your mixed fruits by chopping them into small pieces. Add the chopped fruits to the gelatin-yogurt mixture and gently fold them in.
  5. Pour the mixture into serving cups or molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
  6. Once set, serve chilled and enjoy your high-protein Gelatina de Frutas.
