  • Kosher salt - 1 gram
  • Egg yolk - 1 large

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg yolk and vanilla extract to the butter mixture, and mix until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour and kosher salt.
