  • Almond milk - 30 milliliters

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, coconut sugar, ground cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the melted coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
  5. Using your hands, shape the dough into small balls (about 2.5 cm in diameter) and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
  6. Flatten each ball slightly with the palm of your hand.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
