- Green bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Red onion - 1 medium, sliced

- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Tomato sauce - 100 grams
- Dairy-free cheese - 100 grams
- Avocado - 1 medium
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced red and green bell peppers and red onion. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle dairy-free cheese over the sauce, then top with the sautéed vegetable mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
- While the pizza is baking, prepare the avocado sauce by blending the avocado and lime juice until smooth.
- Once the pizza is done, remove it from the oven and drizzle with the avocado sauce. Garnish with fresh cilantro before slicing and serving.
