Ingredients

  • Cotija cheese, crumbled - 30 grams
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the fresh corn kernels to the skillet and sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until the corn is lightly browned and tender.
