- Cauliflower florets - 200 grams

- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until tender and lightly browned.
