Steps
- Wash and peel the potatoes and carrots, then cut them into small cubes.
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the potato cubes. Cook for about 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, add the carrot cubes and green peas to the pot. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until all vegetables are tender.
- Drain the vegetables and let them cool for about 10 minutes.
