Ingredients

  • Shrimp - 200 grams
  • Octopus - 100 grams, cooked and chopped
  • Cucumber - 1 medium, diced
  • Avocado - 1 medium, diced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Red onion - 1/4 medium, finely chopped
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Drain and let them cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped octopus, diced cucumber, diced avocado, halved cherry tomatoes, and finely chopped red onion.
  3. Add the cooled shrimp to the mixing bowl.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
