Ingredients

  • Cucumber - 1 medium
  • Fresh cilantro - 30 grams
  • Lime - 1
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Halve the avocados, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl. Dice the avocados into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl with the avocados.
  3. Peel and finely chop the red onion, then add it to the bowl.
  4. Wash and dice the cucumber into small cubes, and add it to the mixture.
  5. Chop the fresh cilantro and sprinkle it over the salad.
  6. Squeeze the juice of one lime over the salad and drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then gently toss all the ingredients together until well combined.
