- BBQ sauce - 100 grams (store-bought or homemade)
- Fresh cilantro - for garnish
- Avocado - 1/2, sliced (optional)
Steps
- Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, combine diced zucchini, bell pepper, red onion, and sliced mushrooms. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
