  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon

  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • BBQ sauce - 100 grams (store-bought or homemade)
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish
  • Avocado - 1/2, sliced (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine diced zucchini, bell pepper, red onion, and sliced mushrooms. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
