- Enchilada sauce - 1/2 cup
- Dairy-free cheese - 1 cup, shredded
- Avocado - 1 small, sliced
- Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Lime - 1, juiced
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to fit a 12-inch pizza pan.
- Transfer the rolled dough to the pizza pan and brush it lightly with olive oil.
- Spread the enchilada sauce evenly over the pizza dough.
- In a bowl, combine the black beans, red bell pepper, red onion, corn, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Evenly distribute the bean and vegetable mixture over the enchilada sauce on the pizza.
- Sprinkle the dairy-free cheese on top of the vegetable mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
