  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Carefully husk the corn, removing all silk strands, and rinse under cold water.
  3. Place the corn on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kernels are tender and slightly charred.
