Steps
- In a medium saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, unsalted butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, and a pinch of salt.
- Cook over medium-low heat, stirring continuously to prevent sticking, until the mixture begins to thicken and turn a caramel color, about 15-20 minutes.
