  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Peel the papaya, remove the seeds, and cut it into small cubes.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the water, piloncillo, and cinnamon stick. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring until the piloncillo is fully dissolved.
