- Corn tortillas - 4 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 60 ml
- Sea salt - 1 tsp
- Cayenne pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- Lime juice - 1 tbsp
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Stack the corn tortillas and cut them into 8 equal wedges to form triangles.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the vegetable oil, sea salt, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add the tortilla triangles to the bowl and gently toss until they are evenly coated with the oil and seasoning mixture.
- Place the coated tortilla triangles in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with lime juice while still warm.
