- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, orange juice, cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the pork ribs to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the ribs from the marinade and let any excess liquid drip off.
- Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes on each side, brushing occasionally with the marinade, until the ribs are cooked through and have a nice char.
- Once cooked, remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
