  • egg white - 1 large

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, lime zest, and a pinch of salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg white until it forms soft peaks.
  4. Gently fold the beaten egg white into the coconut mixture until well combined.
