Ingredients
- All-purpose flour - 1 cup (120g)
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons (30g), melted
- Water - 1/4 cup (60ml)
- Cinnamon - 1 tablespoon
- Granulated sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Coconut sugar - 1 tablespoon (optional for added flavor)
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt.
- Add the melted coconut oil and water to the flour mixture, and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 2 minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.
- Using a rolling pin, roll each ball into a thin tortilla, approximately 6-7 inches in diameter.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook each tortilla for about 1 minute on each side or until lightly golden and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and granulated sugar together.
- Once the tortillas are cooked, brush each one with a little melted coconut oil and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture generously on top.
