Ingredients

  • Ground beef (80% lean) - 300 grams
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped - 30 grams
  • Lime juice - 30 ml
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Avocado, sliced - 1 medium
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 large
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped cilantro, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the burger patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  4. While the burgers are cooking, prepare the lettuce leaves and slice the avocado.
  5. Once the burgers are done, remove them from the skillet and let them rest for a minute.
  6. To serve, place each burger patty on a large lettuce leaf, top with avocado slices, and wrap it up like a burger. Enjoy!
