  • Coconut oil - for frying

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Transfer the dough into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle.
  5. Heat coconut oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat until hot.
  6. Pipe strips of the dough into the hot oil, cutting them to your desired length.
  7. Fry the churros until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  8. Remove the churros from the oil and drain on paper towels.
