- Cheddar cheese - 50 grams, shredded

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour, egg, mozzarella cheese, oregano, salt, and black pepper until a dough forms.
- Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread it out into a flat, round shape about 0.5 cm thick.
- Bake the flatbread in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, until it starts to turn golden.
