  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cheddar cheese - 50 grams, shredded
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, egg, mozzarella cheese, oregano, salt, and black pepper until a dough forms.
  3. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread it out into a flat, round shape about 0.5 cm thick.
