  • Corn tortillas - 4 pieces
  • Radishes - 4, thinly sliced
  • Avocado - 1, sliced

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, lime juice, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Add the halal chorizo sausage to the marinade, ensuring it is well coated. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. Place the marinated chorizo on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked and lightly charred.
  5. While the chorizo is grilling, warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 1 minute on each side.
