Ingredients

  • Chorizo - 150 grams, crumbled
  • Mozzarella cheese - 200 grams, shredded
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams, softened
  • Almond flour - 50 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the crumbled chorizo until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, almond flour, egg, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until a thick batter forms.
