- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh cilantro - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the crumbled chorizo until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
