  • Halal chorizo - 100 grams, sliced

  • Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salsa - 2 tablespoons
  • Lime - 1, juiced
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the dough with olive oil and season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
