  • Red onion - 1/2, sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
  • Avocado - 1, diced
  • Corn tortillas - 4

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the chorizo sausages, olive oil, minced garlic, and lime juice. Mix well.
  3. Place the chorizo on the grill and cook for about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked and slightly charred.
  4. While the chorizo is grilling, prepare the toppings by mixing the sliced red onion, halved cherry tomatoes, and diced avocado in a separate bowl. Add chopped cilantro and a pinch of salt.
