- Dark chocolate (chopped) - 50 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Powdered sugar (for dusting) - 10 grams
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract to the mixture, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk, until a smooth dough forms.
- Divide the dough into two equal parts and flatten each into a small oval shape on the prepared baking sheet.
