- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- Lettuce leaves - for wrapping
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced chipotle peppers, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Divide the beef mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties.
