- Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Zucchini - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Fresh arugula - 50 grams
- Chimichurri sauce - 100 grams (homemade or store-bought)
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the dough with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
- Spread half of the chimichurri sauce evenly over the pizza base.
- Arrange the sliced red bell pepper, red onion, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes on top of the sauce.
