- Corn tortillas - 4 large

- Black beans (canned, rinsed and drained) - 1 cup
- Avocado - 1 ripe, sliced
- Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Lime - 1, juiced
- Nutritional yeast - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cut the corn tortillas into triangles to form chips.
- Spread the tortilla triangles on a baking sheet and lightly brush with olive oil. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until crispy.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, combine the green salsa and black beans. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the crispy tortilla chips to the skillet and gently toss to coat them in the salsa and bean mixture. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
