- Cotija cheese (crumbled) - 50 g
- Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
- Red onion - 1/4, thinly sliced
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tbsp, chopped
- Lime - 1, cut into wedges
- Salt - to taste
Steps
- Cut the corn tortillas into triangular wedges and heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the tortilla wedges in batches until they are golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, warm the refried black beans over low heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Add the green salsa to the skillet with the tortillas and gently toss to coat the chips evenly with salsa.
- Once the chips are coated, remove from heat and serve immediately on two plates.
