Steps

  1. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded cheese with cumin, paprika, black pepper, and chopped cilantro until well combined.
  3. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture and place it in the hot skillet, flattening it slightly with a spatula.

  5. Carefully flip the chicharrón and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on the other side until crispy.
  6. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
