Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Cut the pork belly into small cubes, approximately 2 cm each.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Add the pork belly cubes to the bowl and toss them with the spice mixture until well coated.
