- Chicken breast - 300 grams, diced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Taco seasoning - 2 teaspoons
- Cream cheese - 100 grams, softened
- Shredded cheddar cheese - 100 grams
- Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, diced
- Onion - 1 small, diced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh cilantro - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the diced onion and bell pepper until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and diced chicken to the skillet, seasoning with taco seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink, about 8-10 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to low and stir in the softened cream cheese until melted and well combined with the chicken.
