Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 300 grams, diced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Taco seasoning - 2 teaspoons
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams, softened
  • Shredded cheddar cheese - 100 grams
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, diced
  • Onion - 1 small, diced
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the diced onion and bell pepper until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and diced chicken to the skillet, seasoning with taco seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink, about 8-10 minutes.
