Steps

- In a separate pan, heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Fry each corn tortilla for about 30 seconds on each side until they are crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Top each crispy tortilla with the black bean mixture, followed by diced tomatoes, sliced avocado, and chopped cilantro.
