- Avocado - 1 medium, sliced

- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Jalapeño - 1 small, finely chopped (optional)
- Corn kernels - 50 grams (cooked or canned)
- Radishes - 30 grams, thinly sliced
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a baking sheet.
- Bake the pizza dough in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- While the dough is baking, prepare the ceviche topping by combining the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and jalapeño in a mixing bowl. Stir well to combine and let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
- Once the pizza crust is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.
- Spread the ceviche mixture evenly over the baked pizza crust.
- Top with sliced avocado, corn kernels, and radishes.
- Slice the pizza and serve immediately, garnished with extra cilantro if desired.
