- Jalapeño - 1 small, finely chopped (optional)
- Avocado - 1 medium, diced
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- In a bowl, combine the raw shrimp with lime juice, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for 10 minutes until the shrimp turns opaque.
- Meanwhile, prepare the zucchini noodles using a spiralizer and set aside.
