- Jalapeño - 1 small, finely chopped
- Avocado - 1 small, diced
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- In a medium bowl, combine the diced Sábalo fillets with lime juice, ensuring the fish is fully submerged. Cover and refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes until the fish is opaque.
