- Lemon juice - 30 ml

- Cucumber - 1/2, diced
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Jalapeño - 1 teaspoon, finely chopped (optional)
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Avocado - 1/2, sliced (for serving)
Steps
- Boil a pot of water and add the lobster tail. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the lobster is opaque and cooked through. Remove from the water and let it cool.
- Once cooled, remove the shell and chop the lobster into small bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped lobster, lime juice, lemon juice, red onion, tomato, cucumber, cilantro, and jalapeño (if using). Mix gently to combine.
- Season the mixture with olive oil, salt, and black pepper to taste. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve the ceviche chilled, garnished with slices of avocado on the side.
