  • Fresh crab meat - 200 grams

  • Lemon juice - 30 ml
  • Red onion - 50 grams, finely chopped
  • Tomato - 1 medium, diced
  • Cucumber - 1/2 medium, diced
  • Fresh cilantro - 15 grams, chopped
  • Jalapeño - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the fresh crab meat, lime juice, and lemon juice. Mix gently to coat the crab without breaking it apart.
  2. Add the finely chopped red onion, diced tomato, diced cucumber, chopped cilantro, and finely chopped jalapeño to the bowl.
