Steps
- Thoroughly clean the fresh clams under cold running water to remove any sand or debris.
- In a bowl, combine the cleaned clams and lime juice. Cover and refrigerate for about 10 minutes to allow the clams to marinate and open up.
- After marinating, remove the clams from the lime juice and finely chop them, discarding any that did not open.
