  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Avocado - 1 small, sliced (for topping)

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a medium-sized skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper to the skillet, cooking until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
