Steps

  4. Add the diced bell pepper and tomato, cooking for 5 minutes until softened.
  5. Mix in the cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper, stirring well.
  6. Add the black beans and vegetable broth, bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  7. Incorporate the corn and cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  8. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped cilantro and lime juice.
