Ingredients
- Cream Cheese - 100 grams
- Mascarpone Cheese - 100 grams
- Almonds - 30 grams, chopped
- Walnuts - 30 grams, chopped
- Unsweetened Coconut Flakes - 30 grams
- Cinnamon Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla Extract - 1 teaspoon
- Stevia or Erythritol - 2 tablespoons
- Unsweetened Almond Milk - 200 ml
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, cinnamon powder, vanilla extract, and sweetener. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix the chopped almonds, walnuts, and coconut flakes.
