Ingredients

  • Cream Cheese - 100 grams
  • Mascarpone Cheese - 100 grams
  • Almonds - 30 grams, chopped
  • Walnuts - 30 grams, chopped
  • Unsweetened Coconut Flakes - 30 grams
  • Cinnamon Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla Extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Stevia or Erythritol - 2 tablespoons
  • Unsweetened Almond Milk - 200 ml
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, cinnamon powder, vanilla extract, and sweetener. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the chopped almonds, walnuts, and coconut flakes.
  4. Grease a small baking dish with butter and layer half of the nut mixture at the bottom.
  5. Spread half of the cheese mixture over the nut layer, then repeat with the remaining nuts and cheese mixture.
  6. Pour the almond milk evenly over the layered mixture.
